rstoolbox.components.DesignFrame.get_reference_shift¶

DesignFrame.get_reference_shift(seqID)¶

Get a reference_shift attached to a particular seqID.

If none was provided, it will return 1 as default.

Parameters:	seqID (str) – Identifier of the sequence of interest.
Raises:	TypeError: if the data container is not DataFrame or Series.
