DesignFrame.has_reference_structure(seqID)¶

Checks if there is a reference_structure for seqID.

Parameters:

seqID (str) – Identifier of the sequence of interest.

Returns:

bool

Raises:

TypeError:	If applied over a data container without `_reference` attribute.
