Welcome to the LPDI! Our group is driven by the passion of expanding nature’s repertoire by designing novel functional proteins to be used for practical purposes such as therapeutics, vaccines, biosensors and others.
The broad vision for our research is to entail several layers of characterization on our newly designed proteins: in silico, in vitro and if applicable in vivo.
Pablo Gainza-Cirauqui has joined the LPDI as post-doctoral fellow. He was previously at the Donald lab at Duke University.
Katyayanee Neopane from Katmandu University will join our laboratory for a 6-month internship.
Bruno will give a seminar at the young investigator meeting in computational structural biology in Coimbra.
Lab day out for Christmas lunch in Gruyere for a swiss “cultural experience”.
